Voice Services

With AutoPro X, you can use voice services from various apps, including Google Assistant, directly in your vehicle. Additionally, Bixby makes it more convenient to control your device without needing to use the voice button on the steering wheel. Simply call Bixby and use it right away.

1. Bixby Activation

※ You can't change Bixby settings while DeX is running. Please set them up before starting DeX.

STEP03 Enable "Respond to my voice" + "Wake up when media is playing"

2. How to Call Bixby

  1. Using Wake Word You can call Bixby by using the wake word set in Bixby settings. (For example: "Hi Bixby")

  1. Using the Power Button Press and hold the power button to call Bixby. (You must keep holding the power button while speaking.)

3. How to Use Bixby

※ Be sure to activate Bixby before using it. ※ You can't change Bixby settings while DeX is running. Please set them up before starting DeX.

Clear commands are necessary when using Bixby. Be specific about what app you want to use and what action you want to perform.

3-1. Play Music

"Play YouTube Music" "Search for [Song] on YouTube Music" "Play [Song] on YouTube Music"

3-2. Play Videos

"Open YouTube" "Search for AutoPro X on YouTube" "Play AutoPro X on YouTube"

3-3. Contact Someone

"Send a message to Mayton saying 'I'll be 5 minutes late'" "Call Mayton" "Dial Mayton"

3-4. Check Schedule

"Tell me my schedule for today" *You can get briefings on your schedule saved in your phone's calendar using Bixby.

3-5. Search Routes/Locations

"How long will it take to get to [Location]?" Search for nearby places like gas stations or restaurants Search routes using the default navigation app *You can also use other voice services like Google Maps

3-6. News/Information Search

Bixby can be used to get news, exchange rates, and more, allowing you to listen conveniently while driving.
