# 오류 신고

오류가 발생했을 때, 아래 2가지의 방법으로 오류를 신고할 수 있습니다.

## **1. 앱에서 오류 신고**

### 1-1. 오류 신고

### 1-2. 신고 내용

예제와 같이 상세한 내용을 기입하고 오류 신고를 해 주세요.\
오류가 신고되면, 해당 내용은 개발팀에 전달됩니다. 신고된 오류는 고객님의 개인정보를 취급하지 않기 때문에, 별도의 연락을 드릴 수 없습니다. 개발팀에서 최우선 순위로 문제를 해결하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

## **2. 브라우저에서 로그 확보**

### 2-1. Wi-Fi 다이렉트 연결하기

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP05**</mark> Wi-Fi 다이렉트에서 목록 ▶ 블루투스명 확인 및 선택 ▶ 연결

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP06**</mark> 연결 완료되면 화면 두 번 깜빡임 ▶ 본체 연결 완료

이제 본체와 연결이 완료되었습니다.&#x20;

### 2-2. 192.168.2.1 접속하기

자주 사용하는 인터넷 브라우저를 실행합니다. (예: 삼성 브라우저, 크롬,  네이버 등)\ <mark style="color:blue;">**STEP01**</mark> 인터넷 브라우저 실행 ▶ 주소창 *<mark style="background-color:orange;">192.168.2.1</mark>* 를 입력 ▶ 접속

### **2-3. 로그 확보**

아래와 같이 초기화면이  나타납니다. (초기화면이 나타나지 않았다면, 제대로 연결되지 않았을 수 있습니다.)\
화면 아래에 있는  'Feedback' 부분을 선택하여 로그 화면으로 진입합니다.

파일명을 입력하고 다운로드 받을 수 있습니다.

### **2-4. 로그 파일 신고**

다운로드한 로그파일은 아래의 연락처로 신고해 주세요.<br>
